OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your ZREGGUR products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging, and it meets the remaining eligibility criteria outlined below. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

OUR SHIPPING POLICY

We want to get you your ZREGGUR as soon as possible. That’s why we make every effort to process your order quickly so you can put your gear to good use sooner. ZREGGUR offers free standard shipping on qualified orders $40.00 and up shipped in the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories outside of the contiguous United States (including American Samoa, Guam, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, North Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Reminder: All customized products will require additional processing time.

SHIPPING OPTIONS & RATES

We've made every effort to get your orders processed and shipped faster. Premium and Express orders should be placed by 12:00 PM CT for quickest delivery. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 PM CT will require an additional business day for processing. This excludes weekends and holidays. All "Delivery by" dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping services and rates are subject to change without prior notice. UPS expedited options may not be available in all areas.

The following shipping options are available to you, but may be limited by product purchased or your local delivery options. Note that we are not currently offering expedited shipping on any of our customized products, and customized products are not currently eligible for free Standard shipping to AK, HI, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Please note: ZREGGUR.com orders weighing 500 lb or greater may be converted from a parcel delivery service to a palletized 'Less than Truckload' (LTL) delivery. Customers will be contacted by the LTL carrier to schedule a delivery. During peak shipping seasons, the weight threshold may vary based upon parcel network constraints.

Also please note that all ZREGGUR Tundra, Hopper, Roadie, LoadOut, and Panga boxes ship with "ZREGGUR" written on all sides of the box.

SHIPPING HOLIDAYS

ZREGGUR and UPS will not be shipping or delivering on the following dates in 2024. Please note shipping estimates will begin the following business day.

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

ZERGGUR uses UPS standard service on all shipments within the contiguous United States unless otherwise noted or an expedited option is selected by the customer. Please allow 1–7 business days for processing and an additional 1–4 business days for your order to arrive based on your location and products ordered. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. To check your order status,click here.

SHIPPING TO A PO BOX

ZREGGUR ships within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer Standard shipping option if you wish to ship to a PO Box, though not all products are eligible to ship to a PO Box, including customized products, Tundra 250 and Tundra 350.

aLASKA AND HAWAII

Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are available to be shipped via UPS Standard or Ground. Standard shipping is free for non-customized orders $40.00 and up and will arrive within 10-15 business days due to the distance. Orders under $40.00 will incur a $10.00 shipping charge. For custom orders or to get your package within 3-5 business days, the Ground option is available for $15.00, and may incur an additional shipping charge based on weight or insured value of the package. If that happens, we’ll inform you of the new shipping charge before processing your order. Look for a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed. Promotional shipping (e.g., free shipping) is only applied to orders shipped within the contiguous United States and does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

INS AND OUTS OF THE zerggur RETURN POLICY

 To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:
  • All returns must be related to a ZREGGUR.com order.

  • All merchandise must be non-customized, unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

  • ZREGGUR does not offer returns on ZREGGUR products purchased outside of ZREGGUR.com or through our RESCUES program. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. All ZREGGUR RESCUES sales are final.

  • All returns must be processed through our Return Portal within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided. 

  • All returns must have a packing slip provided.

  • All returns must be dropped off at a UPS drop-off point. If you do not have access to a UPS drop-off point, you will be responsible for paying return shipping.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. ZREGGUR does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a ZREGGUR provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. ZREGGUR does not accept returns on customized product.

ZREGGUR does not offer returns on products outside of ZREGGUR.com or through our RESCUES program. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies – please contact them directly for more information. All ZREGGUR RESCUES sales are final. ZREGGUR does not currently accept returns at our ZREGGUR retail stores.

A return material authorization ("RMA") number is required for all returns, which is generated within the Returns portal. If you choose to return your product by methods other than the free UPS shipping, option, you will still need to obtain the RMA number piror to shipping the product back to ZREGGUR. 

Any shipping costs from the original order and any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are not eligible for free return shipping. 

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order on ZREGGUR.com for the correct item. 

ZREGGUR does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

 

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number. Please DO NOT write your order number directly on the product; this may disqualify you from receiving your refund.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package. You will receive your prepaid shipping label once you submit your return.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box (do NOT write directly on the product). We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
